Karnataka Postal Circle organised a District Level Philatelic Exhibition at Belgaum from 8 –10 February 2013. Three Special Cover were also released during the exhibition.
08-2-13 : The cover illustration depicts 800 year old Belgaum Fort built during 1204 AD. A standing testimony to the legacy and tradition of Belgaum City.
09-2-13 : The cover illustration depicts Shahapur saree which has gained worldwide recognition due to its authentic design, attractive colours and unique blend of gold and/or silver borders.
10-2-13 : The cover illustration depicts Krantiveer Sangolli Rauanna (15-08-1798 to 26-01-1831) as a symbol of strength, valour and dedication who sacrificed his life for his motherland.
